Elmpt is our neighbouring village: like our head office, it belongs to Niederkrüchten, and we are here practically every day. It does not get much closer than that – and you notice that in appointments that are possible at short notice and in a price with no travel element at all.
The range extends from detached houses and residential complexes to commercial premises around the former airfield site. For businesses there, we take care of warehouse floors, staff rooms and strip windows as well as the outdoor areas.
Because we are here all the time anyway, jobs can easily be combined: when we come to clean the windows, we take care of the gutter, canopy or patio on the same visit. That saves set-up time and therefore money.
For decades the former airfield site was in British hands, first as RAF Brüggen airfield, and finally as Javelin Barracks. Part of it is now being developed into a commercial and industrial estate on the A52, which begins west of the village at the Dutch border. The economic development agency of the district of Viersen offers plots for businesses there in the Gewerbepark Elmpt. The Javelin Park Niederrhein is also planned on the site for logistics, production and industry – with standard units as well as buildings to tenant specification. For new offices and industrial units there, initial cleaning is needed before occupation, and when tenants change later in the Javelin Park, handover cleaning too. Both are tied to a fixed date, usually the move-in or handover day.
Until the local government reorganisation, Elmpt was a municipality in its own right. The core of the parish church of St. Laurentius dates from the 15th century, its tower from the early 17th century. Between the village and the Dutch border lies the Elmpter Wald forest. In the woods by the former airfield, pine dominates on the sandy soil. Where houses border on pine trees, there are two typical consequences: the narrow needles slip through some gutter guards and clog gutters and downpipes. And when the trees flower in late spring, yellow pollen settles on glass and solar panels. We therefore recommend an appointment in autumn after the needles have dropped, when gutters and windows are cleaned together. Solar panels are best cleaned after the flowering season.

Do you charge a call-out fee?

Not in Elmpt. Elsewhere in our core area we do not charge separately for travel either – it is included in the price, because several properties are on the same route.
Can several jobs be done in one appointment?
