Mönchengladbach is the largest town in our core area – and the one with the widest range: office buildings in the city centre, practices and law firms in Rheydt, commercial and logistics premises in Güdderath and Rheindahlen, plus entire streets of blocks of flats.
We are in Mönchengladbach several times a week and can therefore schedule visits at short intervals – daily if required. For property management companies with several buildings in the city, we draw up fixed cleaning schedules so that every household knows what is done and when.
A word on travel: it takes around 25 minutes from Niederkrüchten, and even less from our branch office in Viersen. Call-out charges, which providers from further afield like to add, therefore do not apply with us.
For a long time Mönchengladbach was the centre of the Rhineland textile industry. In the Monforts Quartier, on the site of a former textile machinery factory, halls, offices and lofts now sit side by side. The Nordpark was a barracks of the British Army of the Rhine until 1996; today more than 6,000 people work there. The Regiopark, the business park shared with the municipality of Jüchen, has attracted mainly logistics companies. In many commercial properties, office, workshop and warehouse are under one roof. We then give each area its own cleaning intervals and its own products – the warehouse floor needs something different from the office.
On top of that there are many older buildings: in 2021 the city's list of historic monuments counted around 1,000 listed buildings, including about 650 residential houses. At the end of the Second World War, Rheydt town centre was around 80 per cent destroyed and was rebuilt to a uniform plan. Its core around Marktplatz, Hauptstraße and Marktstraße has been protected as a conservation area since 2016. Stairwells in old buildings and post-war houses often have terrazzo, natural stone, old tiles, linoleum or wooden steps. Acid attacks terrazzo and marble and leaves stains. Linoleum does not tolerate strong alkaline cleaners, and wood should only be wiped with a barely damp mop. Before a stairwell goes onto a regular schedule, we therefore look at the floor coverings and match the cleaning agents and care products to them.

Common questions from Mönchengladbach
Do you look after several properties for one property management company?
+
Yes, that is one of our main areas of work. You get a dedicated contact person, a cleaning schedule agreed for each property and invoices that can be allocated cleanly to the individual buildings. Changes are handled with a phone call, not through a ticket system.
Do you also clean outside business hours?
+
Yes. In offices, practices and shop premises we mostly work before opening or after closing, so that business is not interrupted. We put key handover and alarm system arrangements in writing, so that it is always clear who has access.
Which districts do you cover?
+
The whole city – from the city centre through Rheydt, Eicken and Hardt to Rheindahlen, Wickrath and Giesenkirchen. Korschenbroich and Jüchen are also on our routes.
