Paths, car parks, green spaces and bin areas: we keep the grounds around your building clean and well kept – all year round.
The first impression is not made at the front door but on the way there. Overgrown beds, dirty paving and overflowing bin areas tell a story – and not a good one.
We look after the grounds of residential buildings, commercial properties and company sites: sweeping paths and car parks, cleaning paving with a surface cleaner, removing weeds, trimming hedges and shrubs, clearing leaves. On request we add the wheelie bin service – we put the bins out and bring them back in so that nothing is left behind on collection day.
In winter we take care of snow clearing and gritting, so that you meet your legal duty to keep paths safe (Verkehrssicherungspflicht) without having to be out with a snow shovel at five in the morning yourself.
Grounds maintenance works best with an annual plan: in spring a deep clean of the paving and the first hedge trim, through the summer lawns and beds on a regular schedule, in autumn the leaves every week, in winter standby for snow clearing and gritting. That way the grounds are well kept all year round, and you already know in January what it will cost.
You do not have to worry about disposal either: we take away green waste, leaves and sweepings and dispose of them properly. That is another thing that separates professionals from amateurs – we never leave a heap behind at the edge of the property.

Frequently asked questions
Do you also offer winter gritting and snow clearing on its own?+
Yes, you can book winter gritting and snow clearing without any other services. Most customers combine it with grounds maintenance, though, because it is cheaper as a package.
Who is liable if something happens in winter?+
With a winter service contract, the duty to keep paths safe passes to us to the extent agreed in the contract. Our call-outs are documented.
Do you also do one-off jobs?+
Yes – for example a deep clean of the paving in spring or a big hedge trim. Just call and arrange a date.
Is disposal of green waste and leaves included in the price?+
Yes, proper disposal is included in our maintenance contracts. For larger one-off jobs such as a heavy cutback, we show the disposal costs transparently in the quote.
How quickly are you on site for winter gritting and snow clearing?+
We run fixed routes according to the weather and start so that footpaths are clear by the usual clearing times – on weekdays, usually by 7 am. In continuous snowfall we clear again. We document our call-outs so that you have proof if it is ever needed.
