Can you clean outside our business hours?+
Yes, that is actually the norm. We clean early in the morning or after closing time so that your business is not disturbed.
What happens if a cleaner is unavailable?+
Then we provide cover – we organise that internally, and ideally you will not notice a thing. Your property is not left undone.
Do you also work for property management companies and as a subcontractor?+
Yes, both. We look after properties for property management companies and support other service providers as a reliable partner in the background.
How long am I tied into the contract?+
Fair and flexible: our contracts have short notice periods, usually three months’ notice to the end of a month. We want to keep customers through our work, not through contract terms – even so, most stay with us for many years.
Are cleaning products and equipment included in the price?+
Yes, completely. We bring professional machines, colour-coded cloths (kept separate for toilets, kitchen and office) and the right products. Only consumables for your users – soap, paper towels, toilet paper – are charged by usage, or we refill your own.
