Window and Frame Cleaning
Streak-free windows, clean frames and rebates – from detached houses to glass facades. On request with a pure-water (reverse osmosis) system for hard-to-reach areas.
Anyone can clean windows – until the low sun first shines in at an angle. Then you can see every streak. We clean your windows so that they look clean even against the light: glass, frame and rebate, inside and out.

Regular Contract Cleaning

Facade Cleaning
There is no need to put up with algae, green growth and a grey film. We gently clean rendered, brick and insulated (EWI) facades – with a long-term sealant on request.
A grey or algae-covered facade makes any house look older than it is – and reduces the value of the property into the bargain. The good news: in most cases there is no need to repaint. Professional facade cleaning restores the original colour for a fraction of the cost of a new coat of paint.

Stairwell Cleaning
The stairwell is the first thing visitors see in any block of flats. We keep it clean – reliably, on a regular schedule and, if you wish, combined with our caretaker service.
No part of a block of flats is used as heavily as the stairwell – and none causes trouble so reliably when it gets dirty. Anyone who leaves the cleaning to the tenants knows the result: some do it thoroughly, others not at all.

Solar Panel Cleaning
Dirty panels produce noticeably less power. We clean your solar installation gently with demineralised water – no scratches, no chemicals.
Dust, pollen, bird droppings, soot and deposits from farming settle on every solar installation over the years. Rain washes off less of this than you might think – especially on panels with a shallow pitch, a strip of dirt stays along the bottom edge and permanently shades the cells. Depending on the location, this costs several per cent of the annual yield.

Conservatory & Canopy Cleaning
Glass roofs, conservatories and canopies collect green growth and deposits where no one can reach. We can – with telescopic equipment and pure water.
A conservatory is all about light. But the very glass surfaces that are meant to let the light in are the hardest to clean: roof panes, tall side panels, junctions with the facade. A ladder and bucket will not do the job – and it is dangerous on top of that.

How we work
A schedule that suits your property
No two properties are alike. A shop window on the high street needs a different rhythm from an office window on the second floor, and a stairwell shared by twelve households needs a different one from a stairwell shared by four. That is why we never start with a price, but with a look at the property. After that you get an honest recommendation: what should be cleaned and how often – and what should not. We will not sell you a weekly schedule where a monthly one is enough.
Techniques that protect surfaces
Pure water for glass at height, hot water instead of brute high pressure on delicate render, soft brushes on solar panels: the right technique determines whether cleaning protects the value of a building or leaves damage behind. As a specialist company, we choose the method according to the surface – not according to whatever happens to be on the van.

Many of our customers used to coordinate three service providers: one for cleaning, one for the garden, one for winter gritting and snow clearing. Our core area covers Mönchengladbach, Viersen, Schwalmtal, Brüggen, Elmpt, Wegberg, Erkelenz and Heinsberg – we are out and about there every day. For regular contracts we also travel as far as Krefeld, Düsseldorf or Aachen and plan our routes so that travel costs do not inflate your price.
