How an enquiry works
We have no sales team. When you call, you speak to someone who knows the work first-hand – and you get an honest assessment, even if that sometimes means a local company would suit you better.
We listen
By phone or via the form: what kind of property, which areas, how often. For most enquiries, that is enough for us to tell you roughly what it will cost.
We take a look
For anything beyond window cleaning, we come and see the property. The on-site visit is free and without obligation – we want to see what we are taking on before we give you a figure.
You get a fixed-price quote
In writing, with a schedule of work: what will be done, how often and at what price. No ballpark figures that suddenly grow on the invoice.
To speed things up
The more we know in advance, the more accurate our first assessment will be. The most helpful details are:
- What kind of property is it – a house, a practice, an office, an industrial building, outdoor grounds?
- Roughly how large is the area, and over how many floors?
- One-off or regular – and if regular, how often?
- Are there any special features: height, listed building status, delicate surfaces, shift work?
- When should work start – is there a fixed date, such as handing back a flat at the end of a tenancy?
- A few photos of the property – they often save us both the first on-site visit.
When you can reach us
Our regular hours are Mon–Fri 8 am–4 pm, appointments by arrangement. As we are often out on site during the day, you may sometimes reach our voicemail – just leave a message and we will reliably call you back, by the next working day at the latest.
We are happy to clean outside office hours: in offices, practices and businesses open to the public, we often work early in the morning, in the evening or at weekends anyway, so that business is not interrupted. We will sort out the timings during the on-site visit.
Our head office is at Meinfelder Straße 18, 41372 Niederkrüchten, and we also have a branch office at Große Bruchstraße 25, Viersen. From there, our core area is right on the doorstep: Mönchengladbach, Viersen, Schwalmtal, Brüggen, Elmpt, Wegberg, Erkelenz and Heinsberg. We can tell you in two minutes on the phone whether your property is on one of our regular routes.
